Summer Season Rate: $155.00/ night double occupancy May15- Sept. 31 Winter Season Rate: $100.00/ night double occupancy Oct.1 - May 14 $20.00 / night for each additional person. Price does not include 5% MatSu bed tax. Minimum rate $175.00 for 1 night stay May 15th - Sept.15th.
